	Beautiful, brand new, home with a gorgeous view of the Smoky Mountains. Our home is located on 6 private and secluded acres sitting on top of a mountain peak. Located just 7 miles south of Franklin, NC and 90 minutes north of Atlanta,Ga . This is a fully equipped 3 bedroom 3 bath home, 3400 sq. ft. with an over abundance of ceiling to floor windows providing you a breathtaking view of the valley below from almost any room.


	The greatroom/kitchen offers a 22 ft high “Wall-of-Glass” with dual 8 ft high French doors that open to the huge 53 ft X 12 ft deck, offering a panoramic view of the valley below.

	Our home has a beautiful rustic dining table that seats 6 (8 with leafs) and allows you to view the Smokey Mountains as you enjoy your meals..


	There are 2 thermostatically controlled gaslog fireplaces. One in the great room and one in the downstairs recreation room.


	The kitchen area is extra large and fully stocked with pots, pans, and other cooking utensils.

	The master bath offers a Jacuzzi with an unobstructed view.


	Exiting the upstairs guest bedroom you step out under the covered portion of the huge deck.




		The extra large deck offers a Hot Springs Spa on one end and a covered area with ceiling fan for your comfort at the other end.


	Down stairs you can walk out from the recreation room on to the the patio area.

	This series of photos show the amount of window glass, the deck, covered deck area and lower patio areas.


	You can get a glimpse of the wonderful panoramic view from the reflections in the windows of the lower deck area. Also, under the deck is now covered (recently added not shown) offering protection from rain and weather.


	The spa is a top of the line Hot Springs Spa. Few things compare with sitting in the spa as the moon rises over the eastern mountain range or getting up early before light and watching the sun rise. Of course the colder the outside temperature the better!
